"Pending process take way to long and I think a direct deposit shouldn’t be pending it’s a direct deposit and should show in you bank account right their and then I am missing almost $200 and I always check my account to make sure people charged me right and now I’m missing money I don’t know me personally union bank was better!!!"

"The customer service I receive at this branch makes me want to leave US Bank. In particular, Grace gives poor customer service and has a bad attitude. If you have a banking issue or challenge she puts more obstacles in your way. She is not a problem solver and has consistently had an "I can't" attitude. For example, my debit card number was stolen on an app. She advised to shut down my checking account completely and open a new one. But I would need an appointment to do that and "sorry there are no appointments today". So I have all these fraudulent charges hitting my account, it's an emergency, and she can't fit me until tomorrow??!! Ridiculous. So I went to my car and realized I had another question and went back in. This time Renee helped me. She fixed the problem instantly and with ease. Renee is the only good reason to go to that branch - she has given me consistent excellent service and she knows what she's doing unlike Grace. I have more examples but I am sure you get the idea...just steer clear of this branch if possible or go to Renee."
