"Worst company to deal with , there employees will make fake commitments and they will disappear when you will get a surprising invoices with double charge on it and then we will try to talk to there other officers they not listen to you even you show them screenshots of there commitments. I have received surprising invoice even after making payment of wrong amount charged to me after 2 months. I strictly not recommend to work with them. We have blacklisted this company from our company vendor list."

Dispatchers and drivers do not care about the implementation of agreements. Do not try to set the day and time of delivery in this company. It’s useless. "If I could give a 0 star I would. Had a phone call with a rep asking if the package can be delivered on a specific date. I asked to push it back to have it delivered on my day off. Comes the appointed date, called the company in the morning and ask what time they'll arrive. Gave me a window from 3-5pm, and they'll call within an hour when they're about to arrive. No call no show on the date. No email or anything that it was going to be delayed or late. Called the next day and found out that the other company they passed it to, couldn't deliver my area. No notifications or anything again. Been playing phone tag with SAIA and the same excuses is given. No email notifacations or anything. Finally got word about the shipment and it's almost closing time for them. Edit: Got a phone call yesterday telling me it will get delivered on 8/30/2023 at 3-5pm. It's an hr past the delivery time. No phone call or an email that it will be late or had to reschedule. Found on the tracking site itself that I have to reschedule an appointment."

"2 stars for delivering on time and the lady scheduling the delivery being friendly. But come on, bring some kind of equipment in order to deliver heavy items. Maybe ask what sort of property you’re delivering to. I can’t help that you’re bringing a semi to a rural area and can’t fit through the gate. My neighbor shouldn’t have to go get his tractor to help you deliver an item. Bring some sort of fork lift or something. Be a little more professional. Come on guys"
