"This credit union stamped my pink slip on the back. The dmv would not accept that as proof that the car was paid off. They should know where the stamp goes bad training. To make things worse when I went into the bank to have this fixed they said it had been so many years that they no longer had the information. At this point the dmv told me I had to get someone from the Credit union and a notary to sign more forms. I can only imagine how many other people had to jump through hoops because they don’t know how to properly release a paid off title."
