"SVCS is a great school. Teachers are hardworking, professional and credentialed. School starts the day with Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag. They don't teach religion. They teach Punjabi language and culture. Punjabi is one of the languages in California schools like Spanish, French and Japanese. They also use this language to strengthen math and grammar skills. SVCS is located near the Gurdwara, but is totally separate from it. SVCS's Food Service is separate from Gurdwara food. Kids don't eat from Gurdwara during school hours. Some people post comments without knowing facts."
