"This gym has such a close knit community. The team is such a friend group even outside of the gym it is truly something special. The coaches are so kind and understanding, helping everyone grow at their own pace while pushing them to achieve their goals. While it can feel a little bit chaotic from time to time, it just makes the place feel very homey. I do recommend this for anyone trying to get a little bit outside their comfort zone and explore this sport."

It is run by a mother/son duo and they have been so wonderful and hands on in molding my daughter for the next step in life. The girls are true gym sisters and I could not have asked for a better gym in such a busy city. They make it feel like home."

"They help the kids get what they want or need out of the class. It’s fun and a good place for the kids to run around. If they want to take it to a competitive level the opportunity is there. It can sometimes be a bit disorganized but that’s much better than a very rigid environment where everyone feels constrained. We’ve been coming here for 2-3 years and even moved but drive out of the way to come here. The owners are great and really care about the business and their clients. I highly recommend the summer and vacation camps! It’s our favorite part of the IGC experience and helped my kids feel at home at the gym."
