The quality of the work was truly amazing - I was blown away by the attention to detail and expertise. Plus, I was able to pick up my order the same day, which was a huge bonus. What really impressed me, though, was that they didn't overcharge me like some other companies I called. In fact, they were very transparent about their pricing and didn't try to sneak in any hidden fees... except for one other company that tried to charge me a "starting up the machine fee"! "Very quick to respond via social media. Reached out to owner via Instagram on Friday inquiring getting my daughter’s graduation sash embroidered and with no hesitation he responded to swing by the shop on Sunday and he would take care of it, and boy did he! He even suggested on adding the school mascot to the sash which added a great touch to it. The sash came out so beautiful. His communications via text is clear and did not embroider until he made sure I was okay with color, design and font. Great price and amazing customer service. Thank you so much for making our daughter’s graduation a little more special. Below is a picture of his work. I blacked out my daughter’s name on the right side.
