"I love the variety at Hobby Lobby usually a huge selection of choices. I went looking for planners (Happy Planners) I might be late in the search this year but there was a small section very picked over. I ended up buying charms from the jewelry making section which was in the ad as on sale. When the person was ringing them up she looked at the ad and for some reason none of the items I chose were on this sale."

"I love the selections and sales. HOWEVER,they need to update their registers!! They should be able to scan each upc code and the item and sale prices should come up automatically. Instead they have a sheet to look at and decide if that item is on sale or not. Lots of errors this way."

"They have a lot of great stuff to choose from. They are so slow at the cash register. They have somebody standing up there. I think it's a manager but they don't really pitch into help.. I end up leaving because I don't want to wait in that line which is 10 plus people deep."

"The sheer amount of niche things in place is astounding. Usually it's quiet, butt this time the cash registers had a 15min wait. I'm glad there are kits here that you can't find in the nearest 30min. Most products are always on sale at 40% off"

"I normally love it here but after today not so much. The cashier (Adrianna it says on my receipt) was rude for no reason. She didn't look or speak to us unless we did first and even then she spoke like we were an inconvience to her. When asking a simple question she laughed at us like we were stupid and responded "nope". Very disappointed."
