"I went by today to drop a package at 1:51pm, the store is supposed to close at 3pm and the door was locked and the store closed? This is the second time this has happened when I’ve gone in and they closed up early. Service is always great here but I’m not sure why it is closed when hours say it’s open on both the store window and Google. Not reliable service."
"Terrible customer service. I came in recently wearing a mask as I had recently been exposed to someone with COVID and had started to have a scratchy throat. I wanted to keep others safe, just in case. The employee very loudly asked me in front of other customers, "Why are you still wearing a mask?" It was accusatory as if I was doing something wrong. That was his focus before even asking how he could help. There have been multiple times at this store, where employees have been short in patience with customers. The location in the Albertson's center on Melrose is so much better and more professional."
"Use to come here a lot, it was expensive but ez to just drop stuff off and let them handle it. Fast forward to today and yesterday. Prior to going in I emailed the shipping info. When I arrived, the staff did not know what to do because I didn't have a shipping label. The idea of them using the shipping information and creating a label was mind blowing to them. Next they used what was obviously a used Amazon box, and still charged me $12 for it, then requested I pack the items though they charged me to pack it for me. The next day I went back to a different crew, again sent the shipping info via email. When I arrived they said the email didn't come, without even looking. Guess it's too hard to copy and paste the info from the email to the shipping software. I had a laptop and they offered me a 17x17 box, way too big, with just enough wrapping for the laptop, so it would still bounce around in the box. Didn't even think to offer the specific laptop box. Honestly I use to really love this store for its ease, but recently (last twoish years?) it's been an unprofessional mess every time I go in. Shipping is all they do and they are so bad at it. Shockingly bad. Like you'd have try to be this bad, it can't be natural. May be worth a trip to another location or shipping service if you have the option. Would avoid at all costs. They were baffled at the idea of filling out a shipping label! Wish I was making this up. Still just baffled. So bad."
