"Overall fine. Nothing broken except alabaster chandelier globe. Was supposed to be packed specially. The frame was fine but the globes were packed with paper in a small cardbox and shipped with the other boxes. Luckily were able to glue it back together. The team for everything else was competent and careful."

"Overall - the cost was very high. They picked up my shipment and then had no way of telling me where it was or when it would be delivered. Despite calling multiple times, I was simply told that they didn't know. It ended up taking 3 weeks to get a small shipment from CA to CO - and I didn't get confirmation of delivery until the night before. I will say the driver/delivery team were very nice and helpful. If I had to do it again, I would not pick Allied Van Lines."

"Movers were quite efficient. Everything arrived when it was supposed to and in good shape—nothing was broken or marred. Way too much paper was used. We are opening stuff we hoped to never see again, so I guess a little more communication would be helpful. Still many boxes to go through. We are 85 and 90 so it’s taking us quite a bit of time. That being said, Allied did their job in a timely, efficient manner. We realize there really isn’t time to ask if items should go or stay. So, job well done!!"
