"Amazing moving company. Rates are reasonable for the great service you get. They showed up at our place on time. Tim, Akim, and Alex were friendly and professional. They were quick and efficient with moving all of our belongings, making sure to pack everything with care. Nothing was broken or cracked. They disassembled bigger furniture like the couch, glass desk, and bed frames and reassembled everything at our new home. They also rolled out carpet protection and took off their shoes when moving things upstairs to avoid getting the carpet dirty. They were even kind enough to mount my TV and mirror on the wall. Thank you guys!"

"Hands down best moving experience in the Bay thus far. From taking down the reservation to following up to showing up on the day of, Impel was diligent and thorough. The team arrived at the U-pack site and quickly learned what the plan was. They got to action, methodically unloading the trailer and loading the truck. They kept me updated on any issues they noticed and clarified before taking any actions. They were careful in moving the items. They were able to take apart and put together furniture pretty quickly and package it all neatly. The rates were reasonable given the effort and I felt that my items were in careful hands."

"My husband and I received price quotes from many local moving companies and Shipshape had the best prices. Scheduling the move was a breeze and I had the pleasure of communicating with Dave who answered all of my questions and would provide checks in closer to the move. The day of the move the team was thorough with their communication with us. We had the pleasure of being moved by Max, Ivan and Manap. These three men were extremely kind, respectful and easy to work with. They moved our belongings with such care and cautiously. They disassembled and reassembled our furniture with absolute no damage or issues. They reassured us that they respect our property and we made sure to respect their safety during the move. This was our first move so they also provided us with some education regarding the move. We moved from a first floor apartment to a third floor.
