"I sometimes use this cab service when I take my mom to her doctor appointments. The drivers are all really friendly and nice. I appreciate that they accept taxi scripts too. The wait time can be a little long depending upon the time of day. And it's near impossible to get a ride at night. But other than that I have no complaints. The service is reliable and professional"
"I reserved two cabs for very early (3/4am) in the morning- one to SFO and one to OAK. They were very communicative with confirming the drivers and sharing contact info so I could communicate during the pick up. They also provided a price quote. My driver was safe in the rain and fog, and was friendly. In the past, I’ve had issues with driver apps being unreliable so I felt relieved to use a cab service where I could confirm someone would actually come, and I could communicate if there were issues. They provided great service and I had peace of mind getting to the airport at 4am- for those reasons, it was worth it and I’d use them again."
