"My latest adventure here was purchasing a compact treadmill. The manager and his staff are very professional and approachable! They let me take the treadmill for a "trial run" before I decided to make the purchase. Afterwards, one of the staff even helped me load it into my car. Whenever I've gotten equipment here, they've always been happy to offer assistance, and I really appreciate how this business makes fitness accessible. It's smaller, so the staff is more available for questions, and they're very professional when it comes to buying and selling equipment. If I'm going to buy fitness equipment, I always come here first!"

"Wow! Awesome to find an old-school, community-oriented, non-corporate, all-around sports store. They happily recycle used equipment with a generous buy-back/reasonably-priced resale policy. They are also in the know about local leagues and overall very friendly and helpful. If you need something as a coach, player, or ref it's HIGHLY likely they have it. Thanks guys."

"I was on the hunt for an affordable spin bike. Called around. Play It Again Sports had a few options. Customer service was terrific. They just let me try the bike in the store at my leisure (thank you Mark!). No pressure. Affordable and Jim delivered the bike, already assembled, on a Sunday for a reasonable fee."

"I called in and asked if they buy used golf club sets the person I spoke with said yes bring them in. I drove 30 minutes to get there. The person that greeted me in 10 seconds looked at my club's and said their only looking for name brand clubs and that he couldn't do anything for me. I said you could have told me this over the phone. He said sorry and walked away. Don't waste your time at this place."

"I wish I could give more than five stars for this place. A few weeks ago I had a very expensive racing bike stolen from me. After watching all over the internet following the theft, it showed up for sale by this Play It Again Sports location. The thief had sold my bike to them. I contacted the location and they agreed to take the posting down and remove the bike from their floor to give me time to prove the bike was mine. Unfortunately I did not have real documentation that the bike was mine, as I bought it from a friend. After presenting the evidence I had to show the bike was mine Jim, the owner, agreed to release the bike to me rather than resell it for a nice profit, which he easily could have done. Jim is an ethical business owner and cares about his customers/community. I'll now be a customer for any sporting goods I might need in the future. Thanks again, Jim!"
