"I’ve ordered three times from Hampton Fitness. With two orders it was done through customer service, one via their website. Their customer service is pretty unbelievably great. Very responsive, and eager to help. To top off amazing customer service, their products are exceptional. They pay attention to the smallest details, even down to how their logo lines up on opposite sides of a dumbbell. Most manufacturers you’ll get misaligned logos, off-center heads, weights outside of claimed tolerance, beat up paint, scratched chrome, etc. I haven’t had any of those negative aspects with any Hampton product, and I’ve ordered a lot. I will continue supporting any business this committed to its products and customers. A+!"
