"Return policy says on the receipt return in less than 30 days, but when I tried to return the glasses for a refund (because the bridge of the glasses was making my nose bridge sore), they pointed to the smallest scratch and said we can’t resell them. If you want to pay big money for glasses it’s better to go to another establishment with a solid return policy in case any problems arise."

"The staff was welcoming and courteous. Thats not where it ends. The person that assisted me was extremely knowledgeable about the products. He customized the glasses I purchased to my exact specifications. I can’t say that all of the staff is as knowledgeable and accommodating but my experience was outstanding"

"Awful experience. I had a pair of Oakleys where the coating came off and wanted to see if they would offer me a rebate on a new pair. Instead the owner arrogantly and very impolitely dismissed me. For him, coating coming off glasses is "wear and tear" and not a product defect. He mocked me even, offering that he could look up a third party website where I could buy replacement lenses for $50. I tossed my sunglasses in the garbage bin right in front of the store and, after 20+ years, will never buy Oakleys again."

"Since I took my wife to the Camarillo outlet to shop for stuff, I made sure to visit the Oakley store here. I wanted to check out the Gauge 8 glasses because I wanted to compare it to the Crosshair I have. The employee who was working today was very helpful on telling me the differences. The store is nicely organized with different Oakley sunglasses. I only wear Oakley because they don't give me a headache when I put it on my ear. I own the Crosshair, Radar EV and Half Jacket. I'll be sure to visit this store again if I'm in the area. I ended up just getting the cleaning kit today since I was on my last drops on my original cleaning bottle."
