"I have been using this company for over 8 years. They used to have good customer service. They are very poor at responding to emails and phone calls now. Even after bringing it to their attention, they let my coverage lapse and still have not gotten back to me in over 3 weeks. They did something similar to me when it was time to renew my bond 6 months ago. I would not recommend them or rely on them if you need something done in a timely matter."
