"Super noisy. The Train Horn Act is the biggest stupidity ever but Caltrain trains overuse it and have decibel levels above specified! Caltrain doesn't calibrate the train horns to adhere. Noise pollution is terrible and no-one cares. Trains also use 2 different sounds for no reason. All in all, the Train Horn Act should disappear but Caltrain doesn't do anything about it. It also breaks it in its current form."
"1. "All trains board on south-bound platform" At least 20 people either didn't hear or didn't understand this announcement 2. Speakers (paying customers) of a language other than English are out of luck for understanding signage and announcements 3. Surly staff who don't seem to have been trained in customer service or the requirements of the American Disabilities Act 4. No indication where the Bike carriage is going to be"
"I am 18 , I used a youth discount and i was coming home late at night (10:50 pm) , I dont have id on me cause i haven’t had time to go get one , But i was kicked off the train ride at Menlo stop because i didnt have an ID to prove my age , Some of those ticket inspectors are so heartless im thankful an old lady was kind enough to give me her pass. I had no idea you needed an ID to show proof of age when you use the age discount"
"Easy and fast to access, ticket purchase also quick by card."
"I think it is a great station because it has crossings at both ends (where the streets cross the rails), which makes getting to your platform of choice a bit more convenient."
