"First time customer and shipping only a Garden Tractor. The load was delivered very quickly and driver was professional. The quote options were very clear to select from and in the end matched the total price quoted, however the booking and payment process leads to a lot of confusion. It appears FR8Star collects the reservation fee and sends that amount paid by credit card with an added 3.29% fee over to the carrier and then the carrier sends a shipping agreement to you. You have to watch that the price is the same. Mine was different and I had to email and call to get corrected. The carrier then wants a deposit fee, paid by credit card w/o fee, but will only accept cash/check for balance due at arrival, not a credit card so you have to have funds to hand over to the driver. That payment part could have been disclosed a lot better in the Q&A of FR8Star. In the end, the delivery function was executed completely and efficiently by the driver."

"I used FR8Star for a forestry mulcher delivery from CO to TN. They picked it up on this Wednesday(only 1 day after the load was available for pickup) and delivered to TN at 830am on Friday. It doesnt get any better than that! The equipment was new and showed up in the same new condition, they even used pads to keep the chains from scratching the paint!! Great communication from Lawrence in the business office and Ivan the driver! Will definitely use you all on my next equipment purchase. Thanks!!"
