"It was lunch time on a Wednesday and as expected there was a line at the store. However, there was only Evelyn working the counter. I watched with amazement as she simultaneously waited on 3 customers but never once meant any of them, including myself, neglected. Evelyn was efficient and economical with her movements. She informed each of us what she was doing, like she's going to ring this person up while waiting for something to print and such. The line never seemed to end. I arrived there was a line and left there was still a line of 4-5 customers waiting and only super Evelyn running the store. Despite the wait, it wasn't that bad. Recommend that you come here and you may see Evelyn working her magic."

She was professional, patient and double checked that everything was done right despite us not having packed everything correctly and the long line going to the door. "Great BIG shout out to EVELYN at the Lincoln Square UPS store in Lincoln Square, Oakland! This store is awesome in so many ways! I was in the store copying a sewing pattern and sadly left one piece of the pattern in the copy machine. Returned to the store five days later to see if by any chance they had found and kept it and Evelyn knew exactly what I was taking about! I was so happy and so grateful! Evelyn knew sewing patterns need every piece so she diligently put my forgotten piece in a safe place awaiting my return! Thank you so very much Evelyn and thanks to your great grandma who taught you how valuable sewing patterns are!"
