"I work at a facility where we receive hundreds of people by buses each week where various transportation companies are represented and Michael’s is easily the most troublesome. It’s almost become a running joke because we expect problems when groups decide to use Michael’s Transportation. Drivers are often uncooperative with our staff and facility policies. Their buses are commonly in poor shape and break down significantly more than other bus companies do. Many, but not all of their drivers seem less competent maneuvering the buses than drivers with some of the other bus companies we see here. Certainly they don’t inspire confidence in those situations! I personally have never ridden on their buses but I don’t need to in order to understand that I don’t ever want to use their services. I’ve seen enough. I recommend you try some other bus company. Doesn’t do any good to pay for a bus if you’re not sure if they’ll actually be safe, effective, and reliable transportation."

"The busses never showed up to pick up students from the senior water world trip. It is 90 degrees. Students are missing their jobs, practices and carpools that they are obligated to drive home. Over 100 students are stranded because the company overbooked their busses. 0/10 recommend. Do not use. Ever."
