"I love pizza guys, some of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. I live in Vacaville, and they are awesome. The food and the staff are on point. So why a 1 star? Well, this review is for the pizza guys in Vallejo. I tried to call in an order and was on hold for 10 min. Even then, no one picked up. I have worked in customer service before, and I understand restaurants get busy. But instead of keeping someone on hold and not picking up, maybe you should pick up after 3 minutes and ask if they don't mind staying on hold. Also I was told they don't sell the potato poppers in the Vallejo location after going up there. I then called the Vacaville store and was told all store sell them. So Vallejo customer service is a 1 star."
