"The company missed one of the items and damaged another in the shipment, then an associate named Monica contacted me and blamed me not to report the missing items to the vendor as it was my problem. Super frustrated with this misconduct and luck of professionalism."

"I had a motorcycle engine shipped via this freightline. I was notified that it arrived at their dock. I arrived at their dock to pick my parcel up and was told it was ready. After waiting for a half hour, I was told that it had been misplaced. I left, and was called four hours later by their receptionist who told me they had found it. The package was in good condition, but I feel like these guys could be a wee bit more organized, especially since it cost $350 to ship something not much larger than a breadbox."

"If you don't care when your package is delivered feel free to use this horrible business. Less than 1 star is more appropriate. They DO NOT DELIVER ON TIME. And they don't care. The terminals don't answer phones or emails and they do not track their packages. They ignore delivery due dates and there are zero consequences for their lateness and they really just don't care. Find someone better. Businesses like this need to go out of business or replace all of this incompetence with automation."

"Paul is the name of the supervisor. He just left me on hold for 40 minutes and then hung up on me in the middle of our conversation. I want to be clear, I wasn't on the phone with a teenage girl. I was a customer talking with a grown adult man who got pissy and hung up on me. Prior to this, they brought a shipment that was supposed to be here between 10 and 2 that showed up at 6:30!!! The product they attempted to deliver had to be refused because it was damaged beyond recognition. It is difficult to describe without seeming like I'm exaggerating. The pallet of materials showed up and with a shattered splintered pallet sitting on top. The cardboard boxes were decimated. I've never seen anything like it."
