"They promised to pickup a freight on it's LFD at a warehouse and told me that they go to this warehouse every day. I'm losing over a thousand dollars over their false promises. Their customer service has no way of contacting their terminals. I'm blocking this carrier from all of my future shipments. They are the same company as YRC and I personally will never use their service again."

"Absolutely awful. Promised delivery twice and both times did not show up. Husband and I both took off work. Now being told they may be going on strike so can’t deliver it at all- time to request a refund. Unbelievable. Home Depot stop using this company!"

"The worst company that could ever exist. I thought there was no worse Fedex, but these guys did a better job. They call me every morning and say they will deliver the package tomorrow. and every time they do not deliver and call again and say we will deliver tomorrow. I called them, the company, in the process the woman just hung up. Worse service I have ever experienced. The person who called me was named David, and the manager was Richard, though I don't know if that's their real name or not."

"There service is getting worse tracking info says its Tracy with a delivery date for yesterday and then you call customer service 45 min wait. But 5 stars goes to there saving grace is there driver who we love Richard Burnham he really takes care of us"

"They scheduled my delivery and then never showed. The phone number the gave me never answered. The 800 number call center gave me a different phone number that never answered. Finally I found a working number, they schedule delivery again, and then never showed. Two no-shows!! Then finally they said they did a dock search and they don't have it. I waited three weeks for my item and now found out it's lost. Reddaway stinks."
