"This place is awesome. I went in to take a passport photo and the older gentleman (maybe the owner?) could not have been more helpful. He took care of me quickly and efficiently. He even looked over my passport renewal application (that is confusing to be quite frank). He even knew the exact dollar amount and who to write the check to. They provided unbelievable service to a random guy walking in and they said hi to about 10 regulars when I was there for about 10 minutes. If I will likely go there for all of the postal needs I have even though I live 30 min away. Some seriously fantastic service and help with a confusing process from this place."

"This is just an update and we've been with this particular Postal Annex for over 10 years and they continue to be the best! Prior to this, we had been with at least three or four other postal services and this location has been and still is, by far the best! Everyone there has always been great and now with Gracie and Phoebe, better than ever! The previous places we tried were ok, but some looked like mini flea markets, very unorganized, and also didn't provide the kind of service this particular business offers. They do sell other items, but it is well organized and they seem to be selective in what they offer. The owners are hands on and everyone there are just nice people!! Plus, we have had a post office box all along and they are great at sending anything you might have, but also receiving items, which is key for us! No need to be at home to receive mail and packages, nor to stand in line at USPS to send out packages! I hate sound like a commercial, but this Postal Annex in La Mesa is the best and has always been! The best we’ve found!!! We’ve been using various postal places for almost 40 years and due to a closer service closing, we stumbled across PA in La Mesa. This PA is not like the typical PA or any other postal service! The owners are there everyday, providing the public with personal attention and service!! We’ve been with them for many years now, and have no plan.....or reason to change!!"
