"Staff here consistently go above and beyond, and unfailingly remain professional and kind. There is often a long line, and I think they could absolutely benefit from more staff at peak times, but that's a management issue."

"I go into this UPS Store all the time, usually weekly. I recently went in with less than 10 days before Christmas so naturally, the store was busier than usual. I saw Charlie take charge of the crowd quickly and politely. He allowed his other teammates to remain on task behind the counter as he organized the line into groups around the store so they could be quickly and efficiently served, and all with a happy demeanor and polite manner."

"I visited on Dec 8 @ 1:15 pm--during the thick of the Christmas rush. There were 4 people ahead of me and about 7 in line when I left, nevertheless the line moved through very efficiently. Casper waited on me and I have never seen a person move faster but still accurately. He juggled interruptions without a wasted word and yet was courteous with everyone. I'll bet the boss wishes he could find more Caspers to hire. I don't know Casper--but I did appreciate that he waited on me."
