"I went there at 4pm yesterday and they were closed for lunch. Really? Went back to do 3-4 day mail and they showed me a screen of costs and they charge 3-4 times more than USPS/Fedex. Had misleading times on their screen they showed (2-3 weeks for basic mail). It's wrong they fake the delivery times for legit companies for their own gain. Their USPS 3 day was 110$ dollars and we paid 22 (with insurance) at USPS directly. Will never be going here again."
"Poor customer service, errors on our setup, inadequate communication of hidden fees (3-day max on parcels in your box or you get dinged with a fee). Best of all, NO REFUNDS - even if you pre-pay for a year and need (or want) to close your box. The prices are almost double UPS! UPS has no package limit or 3-day max hold, better hours, and after-hours access. Look elsewhere for your mailbox needs. The owner is inflexible, rude, and doesn't know how to take care of his business clients."
"I want to say that I've been here twice. The first time that I had to pick up a package, there was an error that appeared on my confirmation, so I called and I changed the ship to location to my home address. The day of the pickup I received a call that there was no reason to change it to my home address and that it was still going to be delivered to Postal Annex. I picked up the package later that day. The guy was friendly and had me sign for it and there was no problem. This it's the reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Today I go back for a second package and I had to experience THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Yan was extremely rude! When I went to pick up the second package, she said that I cannot have packages dropped at their location because I do not rent there. I said okay, I understand I will not have another package sent there. She continued to go on and on about how I should have to pay for this package and how she doesn't know why I would send it there. I snapped and said that I don't read minds and if nothing was told to me last time, how was I supposed to know? I never go there. She began to raise her voice and I asked her why are you raising your voice? It was EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I will not be going back there again!!! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND WASTING YOUR MONEY AND/OR TIME ON THIS PLACE IF YAN IS WORKING THERE."
"I Just called right now to ask for store hours the girl that answered was very rude. As I was saying thank you she hung up on me? This is a customer service job if I am not mistaken. When you answer the phone at a place of business you can sense and feel based on the tone how you are being treated. Try smiling when you answer the phone it will help you portray a positive vibe when speaking with PAYING customers;) During this stressful time that we are all experiencing the last thing anyone needs is attitude. This is not the first time I have experienced this type of behavior this has happened even in person on several occasions. I choose to brush it off but why should I? I am a paying, respectful and good customer. Why do I or anyone else deserve to be treated like we are undeserving of professional service? 4/14/2020"
"Absolutely rude. Keeps raising prices. Went in today and watch 6 different people walk out. The worker behind the counter asked a customer that walked in what do you want and the customer replied I'm just waiting for my friend and the worker told her to just get in line and wait her turn they both left. As did many other people in line. This will be the last year I renew here. Sad company!! Note to employees. You picked your career your career didn't pick you!!!"
