"I have a simi urgent situation, caused by me, but I really needed to at least talk to the DR. But this little skinny punk working in vision center wouldn't give the courtesy even asking what my issue was he just repeated we're booked up and can't see you . Well I'm in pain and this worm of a human being could care less. I've been going to that vision center since I moved here 14 years ago and have never been treated cold and uncaring as I was today. The Dr. there is very nice and I am not saying anything bad about him but the staff I am ."
