"Wow! Marshfield, in Chippewa Falls, is one of the greatest places I've been. Crystal, with dermatology, has been so helpful. I saw Melissa Koopman, last week, and they have called me numerous times to see how I was doing. They have been working with my insurance, to figure out the best treatment. I can't believe the treatment I've received. These people, truly, are there to help. This is an outstanding staff. I would recommend them to anyone that is having a problem. I've, also, been to Rice Lake for a surgery, they were phenomenal, too. Never in my life, have I been treated so well, by medical staff."

"WORST customer service I have EVER experienced in my life. I would really love to know what staff is “friendly” like said in other reviews. It is clearly not Tammy. She is the biggest grouch I’ve ever spoken to. I have called multiple times trying to make an appointment and she is so rude. At first I chalked it up to a bad day, but in the 7/8 times I’ve talked to her (of course I can never get anyone else) she seems like she couldn’t care less that I’m in pain. Makes it seem like an inconvenience that I even call. I would LOVE to talk to her manager or supervisor about her attitude and why she can’t ever be compassionate about your situation. Still haven’t gotten in and I’ve been calling for over 3 months now. Now my pain is horrible and my face is swelling. All I got was “I’ll make a note” Tammy, if you see this review, please change how you speak to patients."
