"I had a PO Box at this location for years when the new owners bought it, they jacked the rates and I stopped using them. Somehow, the old address was in my Venmo account a package was accidentally sent there. I was unable to cancel the shipment of that package. I called them and was thrilled that they said it was OK and they would take down my information. But then when I went to pick up the package, they charged me $5 for the pleasure. Honestly, I wouldn't care about the $5 if they just would have told me when I called. I went from being very impressed to feeling like I was being scammed. Beware this place will overcharge you for postage and nickel and dime for every thing they do."

So I didn't have to go anywhere else! They saved me time. Which is money. And they were the sweetest two ladies ever!!! If you live near Shelter Island and you need a postal annex... Come here!!!"
