The UPS Store

"Four times in the past 6 months by 6:30 pm one time it did have a sign in the store saying they had a power outage but power was on in the rest of the center.. I have had a UPS mailbox for 15 years and I'm aware that they are franchised, so I am beginning to question business practices One reviewer got a response saying this was going to be forwarded to the appropriate team. ??? The owner of my UPS store owns 5 different locations.. there is a nearby UPS store in Chino hills by Costco and one in Pomona that would offer much better service and is true to UPS service standards.."

"My recent visit to this UPS store left me disappointed. Despite expressing my intention to drop off packages, the staff, especially the lady work at the front (around 6pm on Friday), showed a lack of responsiveness. This created an unwelcoming vibe, and I left feeling dissatisfied with the customer service. I hope the store can improve communication for a more positive experience."

"I've returned several items from Amazon through this store. They always seem to not be received by Amazon. I recommend not doing the "no box, no label" method. Careful with this store."

"Business has a sign that opens at 830am. I went to drop a parcel at 930am Wednesday Sept 27, and was locked, two ladies were knocking too, young man came out and said to come back later cause he was taking a break. A break after an hour of work, I guess he has a better union then me, however he drove three customers away. Not good."

"Worst customer service!! Employee arrives a min before store opens. When he does open he doesn't offer to open the doors. We have to wait almost 30min before he helps his 1st costume because the computers aren't ready. Not sure what his name is because he's not wearing his name tag. I wish this store wasn't so close to me because I hate going where I know has bad service!"
