"Customer service over the phone was so horrible . I called to check on a package and the woman that answered the call acted like I was bothering her and didn’t want to do her job because she was helping someone else . I waited on hold for over 10 minutes just for a verification!!!! I don’t know her name but it was on 11/25/23 12:25 . If you don’t like helping people don’t work in customer service!"

"Great customer service. I had trouble getting some funeral pamphlets printed and the manager went out of his way to help me get 100 done. They all were very helpful and kind. Was at a reasonable price as well."

"Frequent customer, the ladies are nice and efficient. Until, I came in after 4pm and a young man scanned my package and handed me the drop off receipt. Monday, September 19 I found out my package had no progress since drop off. I called the store, they couldn’t help suggested I called UPS Customer Service which I did and they didn’t help either. Now I am out $800 as this store, staff, including owner said “there’s nothing they can do about it”. Extremely disappointed!"
