"Staff are nice and friendly. The only issue is I don’t get a free box after pick up. This happened 3x already I’m told to go to the store and ask for box cuz the driver ran out of box. It’s such a hassle what’s the point of scheduling home pick up if I need to go the office. Called the office to ask them to have driver drop off boxes, each time I call the responds I get pls wait for a call from our driver week later and nothing had to call again for follow up. Calling out the Management of LBC Mr C Araneta kindly check your staff. Much appreciated."
"Went on a Saturday afternoon, which was a bad idea because I knew that they would be busy. There was an issue with a client, but it was resolved quickly. The line was long, but the ladies behind the counter were doing a great job in moving the lines. I'll be back again in a month! Thank you LBC!!"
"I had my best friend send me some mail I had in the United States. He said they were fast and efficient. The price was reasonable and my package arrived here in the Philippines in a week."
"Horrible customer service. So very unprofessional. Posted hours say they close at 5:30. We get there at 5:20 and they’ve already closed the front doors. The funny thing is the lady in the front desk kept saying they close at 5:30. No lady- your actions say you are walking out the door at 5:30. Therefore you close at 5:15 or earlier. No one was willing to help us even though we were before closing. Two thumbs down for you!"
"Horrible customer service. The woman started helping me but left right away and told the other lady to help me out because I might get upset that she needed to check my air cargo box. They were talking in Tagalog. They assumed I don’t speak and understand Tagalog because I don’t have a Filipino accent. I waited patiently because I didn’t want to cause a scene. I should’ve taken my box to Johnny Air instead. The other woman finally came over and immediately started arguing with me about the power bank in the box. I asked for clarification because I had previously sent power banks at the exact same location in two different instances. She wouldn’t let me finish my sentences. Even after I said it wasn’t a big deal she was still arguing so I kept asking for clarification. She couldn’t give me one other than it’s prohibited based on an internal memo. She couldn’t even say when it changed. I sent two power banks via air late last year and another one earlier this year. I had to tell this woman 5x that it wasn’t a big deal but she kept trying to walk away saying she needed to go to lunch and how the power bank was prohibited. She was even acting like she didn’t want to take my box. One of my main issues as I tried to explain to them is that LBC seems to have different rules in different locations dealing with different people. They had no response to that. When I thought it was finally settled, the two women were still talking in Tagalog complaining about the power bank. I wanted so badly to just snatch the box back but the box included a very sensitive document that needed to get to PI ASAP. I asked if I could use debit. The woman agreed but she swiped it as credit anyway. Prior to leaving, as a matter of politeness despite not getting any, I thanked the woman. She didn’t even look at me and did not acknowledge what I said. Obviously, maturity does not come with age. I spent $80 to send a small box and I had to deal with two women who absolutely have no concept of customer service. Seriously, if you know of another place, go there instead."
