"I had a huge box of sentimental irreplaceable items sent to me and they arrived completely smashed and broken glass inside everywhere. I spoke with Rick on several occasions he said that UPS would have to take all of my items to a warehouse and see how they got broken. My mother had just passed away and these were items of hers the most irreplaceable item was a large art piece that was in a big frame with glass on top the glass was shattered throughout the entire box. There’s no way I’m going to let them take these items of my deceased mother to a warehouse in order for me to get my $100 insurance claim. This is the worst shipping experience I’ve ever had."
