"I have been a customer of this particular PostalAnnex for 15 years I went in today. The customer service was horrible. No May I help you no smile no nothing so the new owner got mad because I called him a hole. He decided to hold my mail and not even take my payment He even threatened to shoot me!!! If I didn't leave so I called the police he was even rude to him!! And wouldn't even give the police officer my mail .. I'm done with that btw the threat was recorded"

"I came in the day before Thanksgiving to drop off some items and was pleasantly surprised with the treatment I got while shipping the myriad items I had. The manager on duty was an exceptional gentleman, being polite and friendly, and even gave me a free ice cream on the way out! More importantly, though, my transaction was handled accurately, expediently, and with my involvement so I did not need to worry that my items would have difficulty on their end reaching their destination. I am glad to support my local Postal Annex, and I’m thankful they are eager and willing to support me and my shipping matters!"
