"Great customer service. But unfortunately their inconsistent published rules and insufficient guidance can mislead you to believe that you’re eligible for financing. I came into this location thinking that I had prepared everything needed and that I had done my homework. I have been transparent about my financial state from the beginning. And after talking to three representatives on the phone — who we’re really helpful — I decided to walk into the branch and finalize my loan. When I got there, I was greeted promptly and they offered coffee and water. However, I felt that my time was wasted and that I was humiliated after they made me go all this way and prepare and then just tell me I cannot fund my loan. You have potential customers who have imperfect affairs but still have assets to back it up who go to your branch in good faith to do business. Don’t blindside them with requirements not clearly published on your website."
