The woman at the front desk answered the phone while she was helping me and was also talking to another customer. The environment was chaotically managed with only one employee, which makes sense that they made a mistake with my information."

"I was a little hesitant to choose this place due to the reviews, but I’m glad I decided to try it out. I made an appointment online the day before, and the tech was ready for me as soon as I arrived (although I arrived 20 minutes early). She was very quick and thorough and explained the entire process and fees to me. A sketchy man came to the door at the end of my appointment, and the tech was nice enough to offer to walk me to my car if I felt unsafe. I highly recommend this place for your LiveScan needs. My apologies for not catching the tech’s name."

"Elizabeth has the best customer service I've seen in a LONGGG time!! There was another customer in the store before I came in and she was laughing as his awful "dad" jokes and even playing into them. Her personality is absolutely delightful. She was efficient, attentive to detail, and made me feel super comfortable while doing my fingerprints (I had to do prints not the scan). She was able to do 2 scans and my 2 fingerprint cards in maybe 40 minutes? Can't say enough good things about her!!! (As far as the business the prices are the same as any other place I called, the hours on Google matched what I experienced, they answered the phone right away when I called, and it was easy to find)"
