"I have been a customer for many years, Bay Cities, Opus and now Pacific Premier, for the non-profit I run. The staff, Sandy, Emily, Hoda and Angela have always gone above and beyond to help solve a problem. They also know you by name and are very welcoming at the bank. I recently had a problem with new checks that were printed for the new bank name. Emily saw the error and contacted me and Sandy was able to have the account adjusted and new checks printed in a very timely manner. A pleasure to be a customer here."
"I have been banking with this branch since it was Bay Cities, then Opus Bank. The staff is outstanding. From the manager Hoda to the old timers, Sandi and Angela and the not so recent addition, Emily. They really care about their customers. I've heard many horror stories from some friends and acquaintances on how their banks have treated them and it is unbelievable and I can't understand how these banks are still in business. The staff in this branch is truly unmatchable. It's what banking should be."

"I've been with Opus bank and now Pacific Premier Bank in Rolling Hills Estate (Peninsula Center) for many years. The Staff at this location is the best! Great customer service, very knowledgeable and welcoming. I've been to another location where we moved to and I don't get the same friendly feeling. So when I come back into the area, I make sure I go the the RHE bank. I respect those ladies, they do an amazing job. Thank you for always helping me with my banking needs."
