"I had 2 packages shipped off today and initially I was very concerned about the price of one and Nick did everything he could to make sure the price was as fair as he could get it, down to figuring out a different less expensive boxing situation for me. Hamil was helpful with taking apart and repackaging the items, and he spent a lot of time doing what he could to reduce the price prior to Nick stepping in. It was very evident that both of their priorities were their customer service. Nicholas was not a part of my transaction but he was very kind when speaking with me, and I appreciated his professionalism. (I hope I am not getting the Nicks mixed up). The 3 of them were great and did everything they could within reason to make sure I walked away happy."

"Went to this UPS store to mail a Manila envelope on 10/24. The guy quoted me different prices depending on arrival date, I chose the cheapest which when he rang it up was $31 and change deliver guaranteed by the following Monday/Tuesday plus a request for signature. He gets label ready puts it on envelope then he tells me that in order for it to be more “secure” I should put it in a hard envelope which they sell. I ask price, he tells me $2.99 so I agree. I see him take a measurement. He finishes transaction and now the shipping charges are $41 and change plus 3.39 for the envelope. He FAILED to mention that if I used their envelope the shipping would be $10 more. I also had a Halloween card with stamps already on it going to Vista (normally it takes a few days for mail) he asked if I wanted add priority cuz it might not make it by Halloween. I told him it was no big deal if it got there by Halloween ( it was ONLY a card). Obviously this guy is out to make money instead of customer satisfaction. I normally go to UPS store in town center but this was on my way home. Beware of employees trying to get you to purchase more then you need!! I should have called him out on it but I was in a hurry and didn’t want to start an argument or have something occur to my package. It’s sad that some Employees at that store put a few bucks over repeat business☹️ 11/1: received call from Nick owner of store. We discussed transition and he did explain that the original $31 and change was for shipping alone however I did request a signature which the associate forgot to add to the price he quoted me. When he went to complete the transaction he then added the signature cost but he failed to then explain to me why the price went up from what we discussed. Regarding the extra postage on Halloween card they are trained to make customers aware it can take up to 7 days for delivery, I assume employee wanted to go the extra mile by offering priority mail. Nick did offer to make things right but I told him it was ok; the fact that Nick made a point to call and make sure he explained charges and assured me he would do extra training with this employee is more than enough. There are businesses that wouldn’t care about a bad review so this shows the owner of this store DOES care about customers. Thank you Nick for the call truly appreciate your time and offer."
