"Old Town Academy is a great school. As a student I have been at this school for about two and a half years. OTA has a great music program, hands on science, art, and caring staff. I love that we only have one main teacher like in elementary school, and the small class size is great. The project system fits my liking and I have been getting a B+ A- average overall. The math program is very structured, with computer targets and flipped mastery or even ST math for the younger students. In music we are learning how to play 21 guns by Green Day! Oh I forgot to mention my eighth-grade class is going on 18 field trips this year and were even going to Yosemite for five days! Overall this school is a great charter school and I would recommend it to everyone, Mr. Donahue and the Mr. Major are working extremely hard to get an OTA high-school going in two or three years, even possibly next year!"
