"The website and app is always crashing. Phone customer service is a hit or miss. Today I called because I couldn't sign in and the woman on the phone was extremely rude and condescending and when I asked to speak to someone else she simply hung up. Doubt I'll stay with this bank long."

"Bank has more glitches than and mistakes than the North Korean missle program. Their current glitch posts transactions multiple times. Customer service isn't even trying to help, they just hang up. Giving your money to the African prince who keeps emailing you, honestly would be a smarter thing to do."

"Worst location I have ever received help from. I did a lease buyout 3 months ago because my lease was going to expire. My registration expired on the 31st of October and they tell me that it is still not yet done. I am on my second late registration due date and they still have not completed the paperwork. I told them if they would take care of the fees because their title department is responsible for the registration being late, they advised me that they couldn’t do anything. I came in today to get an update as the next due date is coming up which is double the original amount and the girl just laughed at me and said you should think about getting AAA because you wouldn’t have this issue. I cannot register it online because their title department has not attached my name to to title and now I am just playing the waiting game. I thought partners was the better option of getting a loan. I was wrong and because of there mistakes I ended up paying over $200 in fees, just to be told that they cannot refund me the fees."
