"My account, which has been in Chico office near my home for 15 years, was recently transferred to this office simply because I have my mail sent to my PO Box where my business is here in Anaheim. My residence up north has a rural mailbox and I only check the mail there once every week or two and mail has been stolen there. Here it is safe in the PO Box until I have time to check it. I have requested to change my account back to Chico but they refuse since I receive my mail in Anaheim. I much prefer to deal with Holly in the Chico office as I have for all these years where my home is. I have been very happy with One Main until they decided to transfer my account to a different office with people I don't know or care to deal with. I AM NOT HAPPY!"
