"Overall, not a good experience. I came here to sign and notarize an important document. I was asked to sign it in a tiny corridor-like room, with the contract placed on a barstool (!). Literally while I was signing, an employee asked me to move away as they needed to move past me in the tiny space -- a bit rude. Also, our contract had the need to sign initials on every page. The notary public missed on that and so the initials were not added."

"Went to get my Livescan fingerprints & got treated unfairly by the lady at the front. She said I wasn't booked for an appointment. I showed her my confirmation booking. She said "I have two more appointments right now" when there was no one else there except my coworker (who was there with me getting the same thing). Then, she wouldn't accept my license because it's a Puerto Rico license; I explained that Puerto Rico is a US colony and we are US citizens. She proceeded to hive me a paper saying i needed to bring further documentation (pay stubs/phone bill/ utility bill,etc.) and i was so anxious already so i started crying because I had to have this done by Monday and didn't know it would be this hard / Thank God for LEE; he came through and helped me immediately. He actually realized my PR license IS VALID and OFFICIAL because Puerto Rico is a part of the US. So I didnt have to bring any extra paperwork and I was able to submit it today. I was so relieved and I appreciated his helpful and kind guidance. He wished us a Happy Halloween and sent us on our way. We need more people like Lee. I know God sent him my way to help me and I'm very grateful for him. LEE you deserve a raise and a promotion! Bless you! 4 Stars for Lee"

"Had to come back here to get reprinted after my first ink card was rejected and am updating my review—Anthony’s customer service was amazing and he was very helpful in explaining how ink fingerprints work and why they might be rejected at times. I considered going to another place to get my prints redone but honestly SM Notary has the best prices and the most convenient parking (90 min free in the garage). Thanks again Kelly and Anthony, happy to have come back."
