"We came to Barnard in 1st grade and my daughter will be promoting out of 5th grade this year. The program encompasses more than just language immersion, it bring the culture, its people (through exchange programs, teachers, and interns from China and Taiwan), and its arts. Having a multilingual child is such a blessing because she becomes a global citizen, not just a local one. It takes a family commitment but it is worth it."
