"I highly recommend Gozde ("Gogo") for any parent with a little one looking for a preschool with small class size and lots of individual child attention and interaction. Gogo was a full time nanny to our son for 2.5 years and we couldn't have asked for a better caregiver and teacher. Even when he was very young she always approached her job with a teaching mindset - leveraging our books and resources and bringing many of her own to facilitate stimulating, learning play with our son. She took the initiative to take him to the library once a week to help facilitate a love of learning not to mention daily activities including gymnastics, music, walks, outings with neighborhood kids, and more recently days at her new preschool which he loves! She has a lot of experience with and passion for early childhood education and it showed in her daily energy and enthusiasm with little guy. We really appreciate the positive impact she has had on him in his first few years :)"

"This place is wonderful and "Gogo" is such an amazing teacher for preschoolers! We had Gogo take care of our little one for 2 years when she was working as a nanny. She has many years of experience working with babies and toddlers, and now after her hard work to become licensed and educated in running a school, she has opened her own small preschool - the comfort, safety, toys and all the educational resources she has set up at Holding Hands reflect her passion and knowledge. The facility is safe, it has a nice outdoor playground, and the location is really convenient for drop-off's on a morning commute, even close to a trolley stop for public transit. Her personality with the kiddos is SO much fun :) she's got tons of energy to play and teach, but can also be incredibly patient and comforting. Even when our kiddo was an infant, she was creatively enriching his days with stories and games to help his little body and brain thrive. With parents, she's a fantastic communicator. She is flexible and open to parent ideas, while still relying on her own expertise. She is considerate and respectful when she expresses any concerns. To emphasize how successful she is as an early childhood educator, I'd like to share this: our child was born premature and was assessed throughout his first 2 years of life for physical and cognitive development. In each assessment, he exceeded expectations, performed at an advanced level, even surpassing the ability of children that had not been born premature. I am not sharing that to brag, but to say that we absolutely give a lot of credit to Gogo for the success of our child's development so far. Please consider enrolling your kiddos at Holding Hands - your child will absolutely thrive and her sweet school will grow to touch lots of little hearts and minds."
