"Twice in a row now FedEx has failed me. Both times, the package was listed as "Out for Delivery" all day, never arrived that day. For this to happen once should be extremely rare. For it to happen twice in a row means there are problems. I don't know what's wrong at the Windsor station but they really need to get their act together. I'd give negative stars if it were possible here."

"I don’t know the man’s name that delivers packages in Healdsburg but I can always hear him coming. He sings, is full of kindness and spreading joy wherever he goes. It is refreshing to see someone enjoy their day at work and to always do so with such enthusiasm. It’s a hard job to do but he brings a good spirit to work everyday."

"Expected a package today that I absolutely needed to do my job . Was on truck out for delivery at 5:30 am I want to work early waited all day . We even have a camera pointed at the door . At about 4 pm right before my client comes in . I check the status of my order and low and behold driver said he attempted to deliver at 12pm but the store was closed . I was there at 8 am and I have footage to prove he never showed. This is the third time this company has done this in the last couple years . Undependable and customer service was no help, lady could barley speek English and kept apologizing for my inconvenience. I lost hundreds of dollars today. Now they say wait till tomorrow delivery is back at facility. My cameras got no one attempting to deliver that is a flat out lie from the driver . Where is the tag that it was attempted oh wait there was none . Way to do your job . There is no accountability any more. Thanks for wasting my time and my clients time ."

"The worst experience in mailing anything…. My package was supposed to arrive 3 days ago not their is no eta on my package. I had to call the 800 number. Worst customer service i had in a long time. Iall i wanted was to pick it up my self since they have proven them selves incompetent at doing the one job they have. Took me to talk to four different people enable to make it so i could pick up my package. The final person had no problem doing what i asked. I asked are they a manager or some one special that only they had to power to do this. The lady said no and she didn’t understand why i wasn’t offered the service right away…. Use anyone else except fed-ex. Usps is way better ups is more costly but way better. Bike service at this point is way better. I will never use this company again!!"

"Not my first adverse experience from FedEx. My recent pending issue continues. It's fine the company doesn't update the online information very good. But when I have phoned three separate times to have my package delivered while I can be at my address they just don't communicate between the call center to the Windsor, California location, to the online information, and to the delivery person. First was a delay without posting it. Next couple times was not following the communicated delivery time I can be home to sign for the package. When will the communication ever be normal? I am so dissatisfied after talking with three people on the phone. Now they rescheduled it again to be delivered while I am working and not when I requested! I requested for my package to be delivered between 7 pm to 8 pm. But for their lack of following simple requests that I clearly communicated and was repeated back to me by three FedEx phone people they continue getting it wrong!"
