"I’ve been a Central Valley sports coach since January 2023 and I’ve loved the leadership that surrounds us. It comes from a whole team of OM’s, RPM’s, & the training team to make sure we run our program smoothly. And they absolutely do their best to make sure everyone succeeds. There is lots of growth opportunities from within. Starting as coach can open opportunities to move up the ladder and explore different areas of the company. Such as the Blitz events, where we recruit new coaches in the area. I’ve done some with both Cam H. and Johnny M. It is great exposure to other parts of the company and reaching a different audience to bring into Elevo. I can’t wait to grow with this company more as it grows itself."
