"Wonderful physician and care. Absolute worst billing process I've ever experienced. My payments from my HSA were not processed, but I received weekly phone calls, bordering on harassment, asking for payment which had been sent. I had to send payment three times before it was processed. I will not use this provider again because they had no record of my payment and spent more time calling me than trying to find the funds already sent directly from my HSA."
