"4 out of 5 stars for the work they performed. I had the balloon surgery and some turbinate reduction. The surgery went smoothly and I've seen some improvement breathing wise. Its not 100% better but definitely improved. The reason for the 3 stars is the cost of follow up visits. They schedule 3 or 4 post op visits and I just find it disappointing that they are so expense=ive. They charge $700 per post op visit to my insurance ( I don't pay that full price but I find it excessive still. I usually owe just under 300 per visit). At the 3rd post op visit the provider did look in my nose but did not do anything besides look and talk (at previous visits they suctioned my nose out). However, they charged my insurance another $700 for "surgical svc". I have tried to call and discuss why a conversation and look up my nose cost 700 but I get the run around on it. Very frustrating"

"She was really knowledgeable and made me feel at ease because my anxiety was starting and her knowledge and helping me to understand how advent works was 2nd to none she definitely made me feel like it was about me and actually cared unlike when you go to the hospital or walkin clinics where you feel like just a number!"

"The cost to come here is off the charts. IT was going to be almost 20k before insurance for 15 minute procedure. I realize they have to make money but that is extreme. Billing for my appointments were a mess and they seem to guess a lot and not know a lot. Finally got my final bill I can pay and never deal with the billing again. Or so i hope. I cannot recommend them at all."

"I have been getting many sinus infections the last year, saw another ENT with no relief. I heard about Advent on radio and billboards. I was excited to see someone there because I've done everything I can to get rid of these infections, neti pot, Flonase, antibiotics, allergy meds etc. I saw Gretchen on 12-19. She really listened to me and asked many questions, then set up a treatment plan with clear instructions. The only thing I have to wait for is the CT scan, could have it done the next day but have to give work notice for time off. This office is very efficient, the people are wonderful, friendly and caring. I am looking forward to finally feeling better!"

"My first appointment was amazing. The doctor went over things with me clearly, did the breathing triangle. Explained everything, came up with a treatment plan. I felt so relieved to be finally be taken seriously with my symptoms. Fast forward to my next appt. the receptionist and everyone were absolutely great! Even worked with me so I didn't have to come back in two days (I live 80 miles from the clinic) for my CT scan bc I'm having financial issues. That was truly amazing and in my opinion sets them apart from other clinics and I could not be more grateful for them working with me on this. My issue and reason for only three stars is the doctor I seen that day, I believe it was the surgeon, sped through everything not really giving me time to process all of the information or ask more than a two maybe three questions. The part that truly bothered me though is when she made the comment "I know you don't believe me". I never said anything to indicate that I didn't and I actually did/do believe what she was telling me. I felt this was a very unprofessional thing for a doctor to say to their patient."
