"I love this clinic, my psychiatrist Stella is very sweet, professional, and genuinely cares. The other staff I've spoken to on the phone from the clinic are also all very polite and have been a pleasure to speak to. All around nothing but good experiences for me."

"The newly constructed and opened location is very nice. It is open and quite. There are a few issues with the ventilation in the space, for certain offices in particular. But overall a great upgrade from the original Hamm building location. I didn't see as many sound machines throughout the space as I had in the original Hamm space. Don't hesitate to ask to use the restrooms. They are just beyond the front desk. The receptionist I met was very friendly. The have coffee, tea, cocoa, and water in the waiting room. As well as fidget and sensory items for use while one waits. Very nice if them."

I have found that the staff is uncompromisingly committed to providing exceptionally stellar service,support and professionalism. "there was a very long wait list to get in, about a few months for me, which i didn't like. they seem like a great group of people since they were willing to waive my fee because they didn't accept my insurance. the person i saw once was Carissa. she was great and very helpful in many ways. i would have wanted to be her client, however i didn't because she isn't Christian. they tried to find me a Christian therapist at that clinic, but suprisingly there was no one. i was disappointed because i was told that this is a reputable clinic."

"I was in a situation of either getting a doctor’s note and/or my records. Filled the form for release of records. I was told that I would receive a phone call when my records was ready to be picked up. Haven’t received a call yet after 3 weeks. Apparently no one works there because every time you call for something, the receptionist would always respond with “they are out of the office” and you’ll be sent over to their voicemail. Doesn’t matter who you leave a voicemail to, you’ll never get a call back and/or answer. I attempted to set an appointment with my MD to retrieve a doctor’s note but was told that my doctor was retiring in a month and couldn’t be seen by her. Then I was offered the option of seeing another MD but I would be reassessed. I’ve already been reassessed a couple times by Hamm Clinic. It takes them two to three months to get through the whole first initial steps before they even see you. I informed them that I didn’t have the time length to be reassessed for a doctor’s note. Their response was that I can go to another clinic then. Well, that doesn’t really work either because I need my records which they can’t seem to find over the past few weeks. Hamm Clinic use to be good when I first initially saw them for professional help. But now, they don’t care about their patients. I’ve been trying to move to a different clinic with a smooth transition instead of starting all over. But with Hamm Clinic withholding my records, I’m at a stop."
