"I had my first appointment last week, the receptionist was very rude. I finally went through the 2 hr appoint they call in a prescription to my pharmacy to which was denied by my insurance I call them right away to leave several messsges about a prior authorization and that was denied I again call and you cannot speak to a person to which I have 5 messages stating they will have someone call me back to discuss my message. I had to wait for over a month and a half to get into the clinic and I have been in chronic pain with no relief or call back. I work I. The medical field and this is not how you treat your patients. I do not know what to do or if I want to go back. I am beyond frustrated l."

"I love this place. I think they really understand about pain and what it can do to a person and just not only day-to-day living but how they feel about life. Most everyone seems to be caring, kind, and considerate and understand that not every day is the great day and you don't always show your best person when you're out in public trying to deal with hurting and still having a life. Sometimes people can be upset and I think they understand that and try and help a person instead of condemn them and make them feel bad for not being perfect. I've experienced one time where I didn't feel that way but other than that from what I seen, that's how's they treat people."
