"My local urgent care was closed so I drove out to this location instead. Really helpful and kind staff and was seen really quickly on a Sunday."
"They dont respect waiting check in times and move people according their preference. If you dont tell them everything that is already on your child’s chart they will make you wait. Got here as walk in. Got items with me for my child to get entertain, on the website,it said 2h.46min wait as I respect waiting times, i know is walk in and trying to follow their rules. Once here, they told us 3h. All the people ahead of us had already passed, and we saw a staff member talking to people and having these people in. I talked to the receptionist 2 times, and they told me it would be sooner than 3.45pm. I was checked in by 11.55am. After I got to the receptionist once again saying it's been over 3 hours and that my child has neurological issues that can't spike fever, her answer was we didn't knew that, we soemtimes put urgent cases in as they come in, we will get her in! The same staff member getting people in comes out and says you are next. It's 4.37pm people and haven't seen a doctor yet."
"DO NOT COME HERE FOR WALK IN! It's NOT an "urgent care" clinic even though their website describes it as urgent care in multiple places, and even though when I showed up and asked for "urgent care," they checked me in without telling me. As a result, my insurance won't cover my visit and Fairview is billing me $500 for 10 minutes with a PA-C. I appealed with Fairview multiple times and they don't care about this obvious dishonesty."
"We must have arrived at the wrong time. It was super busy with only one person slowly checking in patients. We waited in line for over 30 minutes just to check in. That's too long when people are so sick. The line was positioned so everyone walking in and out had to walk right past us. It was also positioned so while checking in there was zero privacy. You were basically telling name, birthdate, symptoms to everyone in line as you were trying to give check in staff your symptoms and personal info. To top it off an employee at a different counter very loudly told some other employees not to worry about any of us waiting so long to check in because nobody was in a wheelchair. We were told it could take over 2 hours to be seen. Thankfully it was just over an hour."
"Front clerks wasn't too nice. Waited 2 hours to be seen. Luckily we had a nice doctor Dr. Aldrich."
